Inclusions, Options, & Upgrades

View below our full range of kit home materials and services. We provide kit home materials from above floor to lock up stage, with optional Internal Lining Pack (Gyprock, Insulation, doors, etc).

Inclusions

With soffit linings, quad, joiners etc. External doors, sliding glass doors, and Roller Doors (B&D Automatic in Colorbond) are included. Silver Wrap Insulation exterior wall and under house roof.

Council Plans

We provide the council plans for DA and Building submission plans as required. Full sets with spare copies are supplied. We can also include site specific plans if we have the necessary information.

House Frames & Roof Trusses

We provide both Steel and Timber Frame options, and use the latest in steel frame technology along with fasteners and ancillary equipment in our kit home materials. All of our house frame panels and roof trusses are provided fully assembled.

Windows

Our windows are double glazed with screens and key locks. We have selected awning type, wind-out windows as our standard product.

Cladding

You may choose between Bricks, Hardiplank or Weathertex. Brick ties are included for brick veneer clad homes.

External Trim

Options

Internal Lining Pack

Gyprock 10mm, 90mm Cornice, glue, tape, filler. Insulation Bradford Gold Batts (R2.5 external walls and R5.0 ceilings). Hume 4 panel internal doors with architraves and Lockwood satin privacy hardware along with bevelled MDF skirtings.

Flooring Kit

As an added extra, we can provide Steel or Timber Frame Bearers and Joists, complete with Structafloor. Termiflor Yellow Tongue 19mm thick with underfloor insulation. Note: This optional Flooring System is treated against Termite damage.

Upgrades

Roofing

We offer 3 roofing options for you to choose from. Roofing is Custom Orb metal with fascia and guttering in Colorbond in your colour of choice. Verandah Roofing joins are single gutter runs. Flashings and barge cappings are included. Please note, these are options not upgrades, therefore price is all inclusive and not additional to your base.

Gable Roof

A Gable Roof features 2 sides that slope in opposite directions, meeting in the middle at the highest horizontal edges. A great option for cold or temperate climates as it allows for rain to easily glide off.

Hip Roof

Excellent for high wind areas, Hip Roofs have 4 sides which all slope down gently, and meet along a ridge at the top. They are slightly more stronger than Gable Roofs.

Dutch Gable Roof

Combining the benefits of the Gable and Hip Roof, the Dutch Gable Roof has 4 sloping sides with a Gable on top. Recommended for properties in high wind/rain/snow areas.

Garages & Carports

We offer 3 options for those wanting to add or upgrade a car parking option. Please note, price is additional to your base.

Carport

Additional $5,300 to your base plan, if not already included. Please note our carports only come in single size.

Single Garage

Additional $7,700 to your base plan, if not already included.

Double Garage

Additional $12,700 to your base plan, if not already included. Note: You can opt for 2 single roller doors, or 1 double roller door.

Verandahs

We offer 4 options for those wanting to upgrade with a verandah. Verandahs are fully lined Versilux. When required, flooring is steel or timber frame sub-floor with treated pine decking. Verandah posts are either steel or timber with stirrups (we recommend steel in BAL areas). Other decking such as Ekodeck or ModWood (no painting required) are available at extra cost (we can send samples). Please note, price is additional to your base.
